Sorry to put you through all that work, Joe. Of course--who am I to tell you?--you can buy NETZ whenever you want, and you can sell it whenever you want.

It's just that it was good to have you on board, if but only for a while. My bet is you'll be back and I bet sooner rather than later.

But bailing out on the basis of an artificial (SI thread-imposed) deadline doesn't, to me, make sense. What's important is that we can expect some forward movement on the part the company, based on a presumption that ESVS conditions have been met.

This seems to put us in a 50/50 proposition: A) Conditions weren't met and the ESVS/Zulu arrangement won't work; or B) Very big things will happen now that both of these companies, by joining together, have attained strength and stability and exciting announcements will follow.

I believe the latter proposition is likely.

In the end, however, we've been informed that the audit will be released publicly at least some time in early May. This information comes from multiple sources who have contacted the IR firm. Look at it this way: Still we have something to look forward to.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with leprosy!

Guys, c'mon... did I call it or what? Partytime... the date has come and gone... ten bucks says you won't see those financials by July.

Those financials are done, dude. Jeffrey knows the financials are done. They're in Hayton's hands. He's just not going to release them, probably because a 15 million dollar loss will tank the stock(which I heard was a conservative estimate as to how much they lost). I'm not flaming NETZ, I'm just saying this:

New company, new management, new ideas. Same result.

Five months will go by. You won't see those financials. Think about it, Partytime. I've been waiting almost a full half year for those things. That is a LONG time.
