Hello DD: Give me a break. SEMI not affiliated with SEXI. Lew Lieberbaum a director(MM/broker did a public offering of stock to acquire a company for semi). Post or email me if you have info. Watched SEMI for 3 years before I started to buy into it. No insider has sold stock in years. Recent small purchases. Short interest off. EPS .166. LT debt/ouch but improving fast. IMO EPS .28eps this year or better. Second tier distributor moving up fast. Only problem here is distributors as a group are slumping. Only reason stock is $1.50 is because I own it...........Geez, DD........ouch!
