I read the whole stinkin thing. The people that get in on this deal will short against the block, make money as the shares go down, collect 12% on the note (if KRAN makes the payments) and have their whole investment back well before the note matures in addition to having the shares to dump in the end. If you want to invest in this company, you should get one of these packages, not shares in the open market. This package values the shares around 88 cents.
