Did I miss something? The company we are buying just carries traffic for TLK. How does that get us on the big board? I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question.

we will not go to the big board Mark, you have 2 criteria that we dont meet:

1. you have to have 100 million in liquid assets in the bank
2. or you have to be producing a minimum of 200 million a year in revenues.

we will go to nasdaq first, as our warchest grows to meet this criteria, YOU NEVER KNOW!

also, we have had several big boys approach us about taking us immediately to the big board by giving us 100 million for our warchest, but they wanted to rape our company and take too large a stake in us.

we will be doing the 200 million a year and have the 100 million in cash without getting raped to do it, VERY SOON. we dont need that knd of help, now do we. jimmy wants to reward all those shareholders who believed in him with great undilluted value. stick around folks, this is just the beginning and its just getting fun. look at my other posts for clues, as well as byrons.

this telkom thing is absolutely huge.

ps. will be posting more

.....Mark...Can you walk us through that scenario? I'm not certain of the relationships here. You're saying that we would be on NYSE if this merger goes through?
