B You are exaggerating with the fireworks analogy. There is a balance and you have to read the abstracts. At home MUSE looks stronger every day . Noone will reach Viagra (maybe never) because of all the hype but its a big room to fill. Ed

For those physicians seeking publications for promotion, any and as many kinds of studies small, large, elegant, indifferent might do - who cares so long as its publishable.

Great to make a reputation as the scientific authority slagging off muse (or caverject or viagra .....).

Yes, lets wait to see the avalanche of viagra side-effect studies in a year or so. Look what happened today .... apparently.
