I agree Tim, NMS is just a stepping stone and not the end. But my perspective is as a long-term investor who plans to be in for at least another 9 months. In that context I am extremely bullish. How can I not be with all the work that TAVA has booked. It is a no brainer. As far as short term goes, I am afraid that the market is going to push this past 20 too soon and then I may be forced to secure some profits.

Tim:

You characterize the 'entire board' as being too hung up on "this NMS listing crap". I don't know about the others, but I'm echoing the concerns of Scott, the IR guy for TAVA, who apparently doesn't share your cavalier attitude about NMS.
I'd like you to expand on your reasons for feeling we're overreacting to NMS. If your response makes good sense, I'll just relax and blow off NMS as well.

Cheryl: Thanks for your continuing and much-appreciated efforts on behalf of TAVA & investors like myself. I continue to be 'long' because of the ongoing work you & a number of others have done. TAVA has altered a long-standing (and may I humbly suggest, fairly successful) strategy of popping in and out of momentum stocks to the tune of a grand or two before moving on. I now feel a patient hold of TAVA over the long haul will save me lots of commissions, albeit, DATEK 9.99'ers.
