A gentleman emailed me on aol and asked that I post this for him: PartyTime, I had a comment for you regarding the NETZ audit which is supposedly due today. I have reread the 8k filing at least three times and it seems to me that NETZ has no obligation to provide the financials publicly. The only requirment is to provide the data to ESVS within 45 days from March 16th. ESVS is then required to publish the financials prior to their next scheduled shareholders meeting, which I can find no information about. This requirement could be delayed for months if either party requested it. I can no longer post on SI so if you wouldn't mind, please post this info for other comments. Thanks, Bill(wildbill)
