Thank you. Unfortunately, I have no position in this stock. I was very positive on this stock until I read this filing. I realized that this company looks a little too desperate for cash to be earning 11 cents per share. Also, the additional shares of stock that have been created since December alone are not a comforting factor. 4.5 million now vs 2.5 million just a short time ago. I took my mere 30% loss after this runup and bailed. This company does have some positives though: settled with P&G nice looking website low market cap even after new shares created(under 10 million today) But I think this private placement they are implementing will lead to their demise. Good luck to you anyway.
