Yep, the poker analogy works, but only concerning the value of the cards.

We have an "unfair" advantage over the other players, in that we get to stack the deck, with good DD and BTS. <g>

Gary,
question relates to no particulary company but to bankrupcies as a whole. While researching Cincinnati Microwave (CNMWQ) I noticed that under its accepted plan of Reorg, the company is going to be liquidated and finally dissolved. What happens to the taxloss in such a situation ? The shares are going to be cancelled. Does this mean everything of that company is going to be wiped out of existance ? The assets ok - buit the shell also ? Why is it not used as a shell ? Or is it and I just don'T see it ?
