*TX* Even the actual dividend rate of 11% is not shabby.

I see that they had an extraordinary payout in Jan. 98 of $5.80/share, also. But I'm not really interested in their payouts, but rather their growth prospects. They acquired the Sideout brand recently and that figures to add considerable earnings to the bottom line. And, the chart looks good for a rise into the mid-teens.
