USDI: I talked to Jo Elkins with Liberty Capital (PR firm for USDI). Later today she's going to fax me 6 pages of financials and I told her I'd be glad to summarize the info and post it on SI. She's also sending me an investor package via US Mail. Of course she wouldn't say what was going on but she did indicate the news is real and will be out very soon. We started talking about stock prices (she was a bit reluctant). Keep in mind this is a PR person...she said there are a lot of people who consider USDI a double digit stock and that her own opinion is it's worth at least 7-8. Speculation on the stock price without the financial data and without knowing what the news is about is dangerous. I'll get the financials posted as soon as I get them and we can take it from there. Phil
