It is interesting that we are the only people who read the Edgar filings. Only 1,000 shares so far and we have a new CEO??? What is up with that????

I think this demonstrates that we are simply a very small sampling of the market place and our voices on this board don't carry as much weight as some of us believe.

Either that or we represent the entire populous of those invested in BNGO and we are all fully invested at this point!

God help us all....

It is curious that a piece of news as important as a new CEO hasn't been publicly announced but does show up in an SEC filing. I wonder if the fact that it first appeared in a proxy statement might have something to do with SEC requirements for notice prior to annual meetings. When I worked for the State of Florida, I did a lot of work in rule promulgation. There were very strict legal notice requirements associated with certain actions including holding public hearings. Maybe somebody out there who knows SEC requirements better than I could shed some light on this. After all, the annual meeting is coming up very soon.
