EDGAR has no filing yet? I have been in contact with the service, and they have even said that turn-around can be the same-hour same-day?

Gator, Today should be an important day in the history of FAMH. What I'm wondering is if it will be good or bad. Questions: With these large sells, does someone "in the know" know something that we do not? It's just hard for me to imagine that anyone would SELL in the mid forties when the financial's are due out within a day or two. Another Question: This one is more positive. Why would Ira go on a "tour" to drum up large investors, or whatever the purpose is, IF the numbers that are being released soon are not good? A person would have to be crazy to do something like that. I'm holding 25,000 shares some in the mid forties, but most in the mid sixties. I think the next few days will be the most rewarding of my life. Best of Luck to All, Lonnie
