And Amati is..... well shazaam.... TXN... right?? Almost right??? kinda????? Purchase closed the end of February. Drive by the Amati headquarters in San Jose and there's a huge Texas Instruments' sign. Sort of shocking the first time you see it --- at least for those of us who were fond of the Amati "A." But they're a good fit and I'm now a proud TI shareholder. Later -- Pat
