I'm working on a simpler method, based on known facts.
The Monday IBD arrives on Saturday, right? Well, if
they can do that, what's the problem with getting
the Tuesday IBD out on Monday? Seems little enough to
ask -- the mechanism's all in place. I would, of
course, be willing to pay a small premium. My mail comes
around one o'clock ...

To All,

I'm having problems getting World Com to set up my frame relay line. It seems they have spent days and have not done anything yet, despite how urgent I said it was. Getting them to approve credit is worse than dealing with a mortgage company. World Com seems just like any other big bureaucracy, too big to give any serive. I don't think they even care.

They also push a one year contract or longer, don't even mention offering month-to-month service unless asked. I wish the darn frame line wasn't necessary.

Anyone else have any bad experience with them in this regard? I am not the least bit impressed. Does anyone have a frame connection to Cyber provided by a vendor other than World Com?

In the meantime, I'm not trading, at least not with my CyberTrader account. What a waste!

Bill
