.....I've read the posts...may have missed something, because I'm still confused. Are you guys saying that this is a reverse merger with a NYSE listed company? Are we acquiring a division that is being spun off of a NYSE company? Someone please post the company allignment, and affiliation with the NYSE, so that I won't have to OD on Ginko. Thanks!
