Renwick capital of what I understand now practically owns the CAVR company, which was based on CARVER price 3 months ago was agreed about it at the time and is necessary to meet the NASDAQ LISTINGS requirement of $5000000. What is left is the dollar share value, and that is why the anouncements will come soon. Renwick holds more shares at even higher prices:

They owned part of CARVER for a while, now they took over CARVER.
