Hi Raefon...

Yes, I noticed that there haven't been any new announced production orders. I doubt that has any import for quarter two, however, as there *was* a production order announcement earlier on LCD's for a digital communications product, unquestionably for Motorola's catch up in the digital end of the cellphone market.

Motorola is so far behind its competition (and losing market share as a consequence) that it seems to me that arresting its decline in share of market has to be its first priority. We will get a *gigantic* revenue boost from that source as it tries to catch up.

Nevertheless, I would certainly be happier if I saw additional production order agreements. We all know that TFS doesn't announce these things until they are ready to ship product (in comparison to some others that announce "Agreements" or "Agreements in Principle" even when there isn't certainty that orders will follow).

I applaud the company's "conservatism", but wish there were a middle ground between TFS's methods and that of Kopin, for example.

We will see in time whether the change in day-to-day responsibilities at the top will allow for a bit more "creativity" to come into play with regard to communications. In the meantime, we have to wait and see the numbers, as well as the eventual answer to the question, "Why are they all of a sudden interested in how their large shareholders describe themselves?"

Time will tell for both answers.
