Update on 144. Form 144s are actually filed by brokers of the insiders, so it's not surprising that the company doesn't know about it. Records show Arnold Pent filed his 144 on 4/27 to register 688,100 shares through Comerica Securities. If the "S" on the Form is wrong, it means the broker filled out the Form incorrectly.
