Good point. In the great scheme of things this just isn't a lot of money for large companies such as these, especially when you average the cost over time. However, for TAVA, it's a great sum.

Dear Joe: Congrats. You explained it perfectly. In this case materiality would be compared to stockholders equity as the Y2K fix is related to remaining in business, period. Check out stockholders equity of those firms use 3% thats an unofficial SEC number at least when I was in the business, and see if YOU think it will be material to COKE. JDN
