The court date today just involves a request that TT turn over documents to the court. The main legal question is whether or not TT will turn the documents over to TPP. The court date for that question is 5/21. But it seems likely that Rene will turn the documents over before then rather than face contempt. Since Rene seems intent on stalling as long as possible, he might be expected only to turn the documents over to Trooper after mid-May.

There remains the difficulty of Trooper acquiring the know-how gained by practical experience. Since cooperation cannot be expected from TT, this will impose significant costs on Trooper should they have to reinvent all the know-how, but I gather they are exploring all the alternative solutions.
