My apologies to ENVP shareholders. Yes, they knew about the reverse and the merger as they had to vote on it and yes there was an SEC filing on the matter.

My point was that they followed the rules to a minimum and did not disclose many details through press releases.

Jack has been releasing info on merger progress all along.
