I spoke with Debbie at HDST today. She said they are getting enough orders in to pay the bills. They aren't in the red with the orders that have been coming in lately. No firm news on possible takeover. Several people are actively working on deal. One in Chicago has two privately held companies that want to go public. It would be less expensive to takeover HDST than going the other route. This seems to be the strongest bidder for HDST right now. I asked her to get Tom Malik to make a press release about be solvent due to incoming orders for their product. So for now they are alive and well. What a nice turn around this would be?
