Not only is the Zip Plus an engineering mess, imagine the headaches
work groups will have when they call Tech support asking for solutions.
A friend at Alza, pharmac. company, just told me about their work group attempting to network their Zips. They called Tech support and then were put on hold for over an hour. They hung up and went to their inside computer tech specialist and said figure this out.
He finally did.
Do you think they'll ever buy an IOM product again? NOPE!
Iom still hasn't taken care of their tech support problem.
