Got the financial info on USDI. The quarterly and annual income statements plus future sales/income projections can't be used and need to be reviewed by the company. The schedules provided are inconsistent with each other. There is very little revenue at the moment and a balance sheet that is pretty scary. Accounts payable exceeds cash and receivables by almost 3-1. Accumulated deficits actually exceed the value of what they have on the books as stock...ie, a book value of less than zero. They better be up to something good because if they're not they could be gone altogether pretty soon. CEO (Robert Wussler) is a former President of CBS. Stock is up strongly today and all indications are a great deal is in progress, but caution is definitely advised. This one is not for the faint of heart. To say the least. Phil
