WCII stock is hovering right at its 20-day and 50-day moving averages. These averages are acting as significant resistance points. The 20-day moving average is on the verge of breaking below the 50-day moving average. When this break occurs, WCII is going to move swiftly down to the $32 level. I urge all of you holders to save $7 per share of your money by getting out of WCII now.

SW, I agree. Also, there's only so many times that Ms. Comfort can downgrade. Also, I think the MS customers are shorting against their convertibles, so they only have 5M shares to short. I'm sure MS is smart enough to not short this stock. They probably used most of their ammo this last time to drop the stock from 47 to below 40. They have to see that conversion is inevitable, and were just milking it for another couple months.
