Chart, Shmart; they cannot release a BS report at this point, it is like dealing with the IRS, you put them off with an extension, then you had better come forth with quality goods or your penalty will be worse for you. In my opinion, it is same with public opinion. They had better have more than the minimum on reporting. We are all sitting and waiting in judgement on the late report. Guido is the key and if I were him and wanted to work again, then I am going to be accurate regardless of conventional deadlines. Just my opinion.
