I'd say a bit of both, the strike on these warrants is $8.60
traditionally warrants with a fair degree of time value left
in them (2001) trade for about half the strike as they come into
the money, that is to say when the stock hits $8.60 expect the warrants to be trading at about $4.40, so $2+ @$6 short term
is a fair assumption.
