Josef--Another consideration for me was being informed by my broker, that if cmnd dropped below 5--it would be moved from my margin account to my cash account. This would have forced me to sell off even more stock---not a tolerable situation. I'm in total agreement with your thinking. Jan

Dear Most humble one: I can see your point especially if you have found a better place to squirrel away your nuts. Oh, now I sound like Clinton!! As far as the tax loss goes you do have till year end to make that decision. As far as the lawsuit goes, I tend to think it wont happen. I still fail to see where anything fraudulent or underhanded occurred here, especially by the Company. Lawyers like to get paid and unless they can win a big one there isnt any reason for them to file a suit. Anyhow, wish you the best in your other endeavors and will miss your presence here with us stupid or stalwart ones. Time will tell. JDN
