You need to be patient... I bought a 1000 shares of GTW last fall for ~$27.... the thread attitude was the same as the CPQ now... those of us who waited are very happy now!

CPQ has a lot of baggage...meaning the people who bought on the way down are tempted to sell on any sudden rise in stock price. The rise will take a little time and patience will be needed. I wouldn't be suprised if other "analysts" upgrade CPQ in the near future. Let's just put this all in perspective: I picked up some CPQ just one and a half weeks ago at $25. At $30...that's already a 20% rise in price.

I think we can be in the low 30's by mid next week.

I feel we are stuck in a trading range of 26-29 unless there's
some significant news. Opinions appreciated.

Agreed and I am thinking of doing just that, since its down I feel the downside risk is minimal (?) and it has developed a little range. I may end up holding it if it drops and there are a lot worse co's to be holding. I used to think HP would be a good trading stock but now its run off from that 60 to 66 range, I am considering CPQ now while holding my core.
