Bruce I agree with your opinion, sellers are gone and new buyers are waiting for bargains as David mentioned earlier. APCO has had quite a run, and take into account that it has rallied on its own performance, not on traders buying on emotion as has been the case with many of the Internet Stocks that have no earnings and PE's out of this world. A smart trader who I greatly admire, always stated to buy when volumn has dried up as the sellers are gone, are we looking at that opportunity? It certainly appears APCO is going to base in $12.75 to $14.00 range short term and will make a strong move to new highs when the time is right. good trading to all.
