Hi Pamela:

The entire WCII team has tremendous telco experience.
All the acquisitions WCII has been making, as well
as their timing, could not have happened without
the WCII management experience and insight.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

Pamela:

<<Jason, are you aware that Winstar's CFO, Charles Dickson, spent 9 years with MCI?>>

No, I was not aware of that. Thanks for pointing it out.

However, as I'm sure you're aware, CFO's are rarely responsible for a company's success. More often, they're good at getting high yielding capital, convincing Wall Street that their story is sound so Wall Street can sell stocks and bonds, and then beating Wall Street expectations by putting out a string of increasing negative quarterly numbers.

It appears that Mr. Dickson learned his craft well at MCI. Still, if I was a Winstar equity holder, I'd rather have the chief technology officer from MCI working at Winstar, rather than the CFO.

Regards,
JC
