As long as there would be wide spread ATM to access my account free and electronic bill paying services, and maybe a competitive interest rate, I would not mind to put my money in an internet bank. Especially when big brick and mortar banks have been pissing their customers off with outrageous caherges just to increase their bottom line and pay their CEO's an ever growing 7-digit salaries.
