Notice Joe Copia didn't answer my question: How do you know that the Zulu audit wasn't delivered to ESVS on or before April 30th? I asked him if he knows this, how does he know it?

I do not know and I do not put money into a "pie-in-the-sky" dream.

While all are waiting I am rollin my dollars from winner to winner.

I am not bragging but it seems silly for me to wait and have my $$$ do nothing.

When the time is right and even if I have to pay $1 plus, I will.

Er, while you may *want* to see it before the public saw it, that ain't the way the law works, as long as we are dealing with a publically-traded company.
