I'm sorry Mark. I should have specified that by global I mean a settlement which resolves all the issues that ASC has with Naxos and with JJ and any other individuals who may be specified in the ASC charges (I did not mean to limit it to JJ if there are others). As a consequence of such a settlement I'd assume the ASC's counsel would also want a general release of claims from Naxos and the affected individuals affiliated with the Company. Thus since we cover both sides of the globe (ASC and Naxos) and addresses all the issues the settlement is "global". A nice neat package. JLA
