Good point John. Years ago Hugh McColl of NationsBank decided to spend whatever it took to upgrade his banks computer systems, while other comparably sized banks did not. Today, at least one of the reasons Bank of America's name will vanish domestically by December is that they failed to keep the pace, systemswise, and they HAD to find a technologically sophisticated partner. How many other regional and superregional financial services organizations are not technologically advanced enough to survive? We'll see shortly. Allen
