Dave, - I agree with your hypothesis, and am pretty certain an options package of some kind lies at the bottom of this mysteriously missing CEO PR release. BTW I never heard the company mention that they were buying out Mr. Wilson's employment agreement which runs through 2002. This from the notice of annual stockholder's meeting - << "Mr. Wilson's employment agreement terminates on September 30, 2002 and provides for a minimum $225,000 annual base salary and a cash bonus based upon the Company's results of operations.">> Our little "candy store" appears to have a pretty high overhead IMO.
