Waterhouse is down systemwide

Not even my local branch brokers have access to accounts. This is a first in my experience.

No, I have two ISPs and three broke accounts. I have been disappointed with waterhouse for a long time, and never used it for trading since last year. I just check my balance in waterhouse every day, but I couldn't even to get through every other days. Waterhouse seems notorious for its poor system performance. I will finally transfer my money into Datek, which I am very satisfied with its trading speed, clear balance statement, and real-time updated portfolio.
