I read recently that DRAM prices are continuing to collapse because
of too many PC's in the inventory channel and a very small component demand have crushed prices. Furthermore, I think
that situation will not improve until late 98'. DRAM prices have not
firmed as expected.

How much does this impact Intel?

<Arguements could be supported for both,
which comes first:chicken or egg.>

The egg predates the chicken my many tens of
millions of years.
