Yes i spoke to mark and from what i gathered they didn't find much in there gold play because he said they are going to concentrate on SVB also said they plan on picking up more land in svb so in my opinion the lab is the best one with 50% ownership as i've bought more lab as far as im concerned its a better deal than cyp and there price is .70 for 37% of there property
