Side bar thoughts.
I too believe that they will not have a very good earnings
announcements. I am not planning to sell either. This is a long
term to develop.

Concurrent Computer's earnings press release generated
a question to their management on competition. TNCX was
not specifically mentioned although the thread assumes
TNCX and its staff of five that can generate lots of press.
The learning competition is many.

Of most interest to TNCX is that CCUR has introduced their
learning systems. They said that they will be seeking partners
to sell this product line because they did not have this kind of
distribution channel.

TNCX has already accomplished this team arrangement.
Different companies and different business models.
Time will tell.

The earnings report has been pushed back to 5/14, for some reason they did not say. Seems to lend support to your prediction. The delay in reporting can't affect last Q's earnings unless they are engaged in some kind of creative accounting activity that needs to pass audit. Or it's possible they may be waiting for a deal to close to include in the forwards or for a concurrent news release. In any case, nins and peedles...
