There have been heavy buyers sitting on the bid all day, I imagine those familiar with the news have not finished buying. When the news hits though, it looks like the stock will explode. It probably has been mentioned but the news probably has something to do with this: biz.yahoo.com excerpt: In October, the Teledyne-Commodore, LLC, a 50-50 joint venture with Allegheny Teledyne, was named a finalist in a $40 million program to find alternative technologies to incineration for the destruction of assembled chemical weapons.
