I'm still surprised CST is at such a relative discount to EVI. I was wondering if there was a catch. I really can't find one unless the buy-out falls through.

I guess the secret is out now. In fact if one wanted to bet just on the merger (which is as certain as you can get) one could buy CST and short EVI with almost no risk. Good thing I bought it today.

The only problem with CST is that it is thinly traded. I bought a couple thousand shares early today and pushed the price up about 3/4 point doing it.
