You have proven to be an able researcher could you please provide an accurate authorized share number for CSHK?? As noted in my own post, the substance of the comment came from a lurking legal Chickeratus. I don't really know how to find out exactly how many shares are authorized for CSHK, since they have no SEC filings. But will give it some thought. A question for everyone: Nasdaq777 has raised the possibility that CSHK bought out a shell company in order to get its listing. Is this true, or not? If not, how exactly DID they get listed? Must be fairly recent information; according to Jim B's newsletter, the company was reorganized "under new management" in the fall of 1997.
