As noted in my own post, the substance of the comment came from a lurking legal Chickeratus.

I don't really know how to find out exactly how many shares are authorized for CSHK, since they have no SEC filings. But will give it some thought.

A question for everyone: Nasdaq777 has raised the possibility that CSHK bought out a shell company in order to get its listing. Is this true, or not? If not, how exactly DID they get listed? Must be fairly recent information; according to Jim B's newsletter, the company was reorganized "under new management" in the fall of 1997.
