Me confused! Why is PLC so weak? Was the FDA report a positive and if so, why is it this low?

Dear James: It is a pretty slick site. However conspicuous to me at least is the absence of any info. on the convert. deb. If the conversion formula was based on the last 5 days as someone mentioned earlier than perhaps the shorting is over and the big boys will begin accumulating. As far as the cc # is concerned the switchboard operator knew it was incorrect when I called back to complain. The Investor Relations person is either swamped or not all there or both as they have yet to return EMail or phone inquiries. Thanks for the interest, John Dowd
