Not Really or Don't worry, be happy If you truly believe that the current market price of KRY is totally fair, then it might help to review the facts. I would guess that Crystallex has already hit it's low, regardless of what happens. The widespread coverage of Acosta, coupled with the vicious uninformed opinion attack of Asensio and Company threw enough money in to doubt to just about break the company. He lost. There is a distinct possibility of a complete KRY win here. If that happens and you are short this stock, you are going to be in trouble. Keep that in mind.
