Jeff - My suspicion is that selling started (a couple of days) before the earnings were announced. Then more selling. Huge sale volume. Look at internet stocks as JDN says. The company should improve their public relations (contracts and news, etc.) if they do not have problem getting the contracts. Ram

Dear Jeffrey: Usually underwriters shares are locked up for a period of time. I dont know the details on CMND but I would think the time would be much greater than 2 mos. JDN

If you think about the trading activity prior to the cc, you'll realize that to ask if the selling was done at that point is kind of a silly question. Why sell at 5 the subsequent day when you can sell at 14.5 prior to close? Volume prior to cc not unusual, unless I missed something.

regards

Allen
