One may wish to keep an eye on KNIC this upcoming week....up 10.5% on 4X average daily volume. I'm in 1,000shs @ 5 1/4.

It is my educated guess the most recent trading activity has much to do with Knickerbocker's 31% stake in Ontro, Inc. They are due to IPO within the next ten business days days (May 15th)...although you wont find that tidbit ANYWHERE, such as IPO Central.

I feel KNIC will spike up another 10-15% on the IPO.

>>>A 31% position in both Insta-Heat, Inc. and Ontro, Inc.
(formerly Self-Heating Container Corporation of California),
bridges the Company into the realm of consumable goods
and packaging a $15 Billion a year business. The
Insta-HeatTM containers heat their contents to a specified
temperature in a specified temperature in a specified time
with the simple push of a button. The design won the 1995
Product of the Year award. The Company sees this
innovation as timely, with licensing agreements allowing the
Company both exclusive and non-exclusie rights to market
this and other product developed in the future.<<<

And that's not all...check out the Pure Energy News:

>>>The Company has a 36% position in Pure Energy
CorporationTM ("PEC"). PEC has developed an alternative
fuel that meets the demands of government mandates (the
Energy Policy Act of 1992 and the Clean Air Act
Amenment of 1990) that set forth stringent emission
standards and vehicle purchase requirements for state and
federal fleet customers and eventually a broader segment of
the motoring public. The proprietary Fuel is designed to be
clean-burning, largely renewable, potentially
cost-competitive with gasoline and usable in new and
existing flexible-fuel vehicles. The initial target market for the
fuel is 1% of the U.S. market for gasoline . . .1.2 billion
gallons of Fuel annually.<<<

This can be an excellent daytrading opportunity over the course of two weeks, as well as a Blockbuster long term hold.

Oh yea...and another tidbit...Pure Energy's P-Series fuel will be showcased on Ed Begley Jr.'s television show "Today's Environment." The PEC segment will be broadcast on Sunday May 3rd at 3:00 PM Eastern time on CNBC. I expect a decent POP on monday.

Now back into the woods I go....

May I suggest CMGI as a daytrading vehicle and BOBJY as a mid-term trade?

CMGI has a split coming up in another week or so, has its fingers in alot of internet real estate. Geocities is expected to be the next IPO it brings out ... so if you mess up your entry, you can wait until the IPO to bail! Good trading/investing potential.

ADPT ... will wait to see if historical support at 17-19 holds. Seems like this will be dead money for quite a while, don't you think?

Re: "I added a little more ADPT and ASYT to portfolio at today's prices."

You read my mind again! Last week it was CYMI, and this week it's ADPT!

I couldn't resist bottom fishing on ADPT today. The price seems very right to me at these levels. I was going to ask your opinion, but I guess that's not necessary, considering you bought too.

Best wishes,

I2
