TO MATTY G: Matty, call Mary Conway. You obviously in the past were dealing with a far less sophisticated IR/PR firm. I refer you to Aleta's earlier posting where she described her good feelings after having communicated with them. She's shared some of the same concerns that you're expressing, prior to her call. Rather than continue to heap criticsm and making $10 bets that you're bound to lose, why not try a call? Or go see her. They're in Boston and I know you're a Red Sox fan, so you're close too. In fact, I've just learned there's a Zulu sales office not more than three blocks from the house I'm now moving from (Kendall Square in Cambridge MA). Haven't been there yet. I plan to visit next week.

I called Mary Conway at the IR firm, and she confirmed that a public announcement regarding the audited financials is scheduled for next week. what does this mean??? an announcement 'regarding' the financials will be out next week??? or the 'actual' financials will be out?? which is it??? after all this, I'd hate to see a press release saying that the financials will be out at a later date.....

What the hell does that mean? What is a "public announcement regarding the audited financials"? Sounds a lot more like they are going to try to explain why they aren't here yet, much more than it sounds like they are actually going to release them.
