40K subscribers in a year is quite a large number. What mechanism will you use to attract an extremely large multiple of 40K in order to get to that number. I have spent a lot of time looking at what it takes to convert someone form a looker into a buyer and in this area, the Internet is not much different than any other direct response platform. That means that you would have to direct 8,000,000 qualified potential customers into your site in order to achieve a .5% response rate which is average in direct mail campaigns. How will you do this? Will you use banner advertising? If so, you are likely to need a much higher number than this because the people who click banners are not likely to be your target customer. Will you use direct mail? Please elaborate. As a share holder, I am excited by the prospects of $14M in subscription revenue (40K x $360) but I am afraid that number may be more than ambitious, it may be unrealistic.
